A supplier's in-house database is one of its greatest assets - yet, it may be getting more and more out of date. Legacy databases can be re-activated through our data services, putting your organisation back in the game with past customers. We can put the Midas touch on your data, with services ranging from public sector database matching to dead-mail processing to large-scale analysis and reporting of your customer data. Services are priced based on assessment of your data; see below.

Our data services "File Matching" process firstly involves matching your list against the A-ZGovBIZ master file. Your list is checked and cleaned to enable us to accurately match both databases. Our software will pick up between 50% and 80% of correctly matched records. Over 20 fields of data can be appended to matched records.
Unmatched data is then manually checked to identify discrepancies and errors in your data. When matches are made the errors are manually corrected and additional fields of data are appended as required.
Our data cleansing will dramatically tighten up your data's deliverability and relational integrity. Our eagle-eyed analysts will pick up every errant comma, every inconsistent capitalisation and every misspelling to ensure that you achieve maximum ROI. We will standardise all addresses and contact information, correct missing or erroneous data and ensure your database is subject to absolutely minimum deadmail rates.
What investment is needed?
Initially we would run your sample data through our data services system at no charge to give you indicative costs. Once the go-ahead is recived the following costs will apply:

Append additional fields - $250 per 1000 per field (eg employees, phone numbers)
