Email optin: A-ZGovBIZ takes the federal Spam legislation very seriously and we pride ourselves on our understanding of the issue. However, on the whole, the law is very unclear and untried.
To offer the best value to customers, we have pre-qualified a small portion of our addresses and obtained consent for receipt of commercial mail. These consentual addresses are marked as "Email optin" on our database.
This is a very complicated issue, though, and further explanation of our approach to spam will be published on this website in the near future.
